By making a booking with Brahim Banana Ranch — whether online, by WhatsApp, or by phone — you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

2. Our Services & Prices

We offer the following horse riding experiences near Taghazout and Agadir:

• 1 Hour Beach Horse Ride — 200 MAD (approx. €20) per person
• 2 Hour Beach & Mountain Ride — 300 MAD (approx. €30) per person
• 3 Hour Horse Riding Adventure — 400 MAD (approx. €40) per person
• Sunset Horse Ride (2–3 hours) — from 350 MAD (approx. €35) per person
• Half-Day Horse Adventure — 500 MAD (approx. €50) per person

Prices are quoted in Moroccan Dirham (MAD)w. Euro equivalents are approximate and may vary with exchange rates. Prices may be updated without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will always apply.

3. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed when you receive an explicit confirmation from us — either via the website booking form, WhatsApp, or phone. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, especially for sunset rides and half-day adventures, as spots are limited. We aim to confirm bookings within a few hours during operating hours (7:00–20:00 daily).

4. Payment

• Payment is accepted in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) cash on arrival
• Bank transfer may be arranged in advance — contact us for details
• Card payment availability — please enquire at time of booking
• No deposit is required for standard individual bookings
• For groups of 5 or more, a deposit may be requested to confirm the reservation

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• More than 24 hours before the ride: Free cancellation — full refund if deposit was paid
• Less than 24 hours before the ride: 50% of the tour price may be charged
• No-show (no contact, did not arrive): Full tour price may be charged
• Cancellation due to extreme weather by us: No charge — free reschedule offered

6. Safety Rules

All riders must:

• Listen carefully to the safety briefing before the ride begins
• Follow all instructions given by the guide at all times
• Wear closed shoes (sandals and flip-flops are not permitted for riding)
• Inform us of any relevant medical conditions or physical limitations before the ride
• Not ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Not use a mobile phone while riding unless safely stopped

We reserve the right to refuse participation to any person who poses a safety risk to themselves, other riders, or our horses.

7. Age & Weight Requirements

• Minimum age: 5 years old, accompanied by a responsible adult
• Children under 12 must ride with a parent or guardian present
• Maximum weight: 100 kg (approx. 220 lbs) for the welfare of our horses

8. Health & Medical Conditions

Please inform us before booking if you or any participant is pregnant, has a heart condition, back problems, or any other medical condition that may affect their safety on horseback. We reserve the right to decline participation if we believe a condition presents a risk.

9. Liability & Disclaimer

Horse riding is an outdoor adventure activity involving animals. There is an inherent risk of accident or injury. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

• Brahim Banana Ranch takes all reasonable precautions to ensure rider safety
• All horses are calm, trained, and suitable for their assigned ride level
• A full safety briefing is given before every ride
• We are not liable for injury caused by a rider failing to follow instructions
• We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings during a ride
• We strongly recommend that all riders hold appropriate travel or activity insurance

10. Photos & Videos

We take photos and videos during rides as a free complimentary service. By participating in a ride, you give us permission to share images with you via WhatsApp and to use photos on our social media (Instagram, Facebook) and website for promotional purposes. If you do not wish your image to be used publicly, please tell us before or during the ride and we will fully respect your wishes.

11. Weather Policy

We operate in all normal coastal weather conditions. In the event of extreme weather (heavy storms, dangerous winds), we reserve the right to cancel or postpone a ride for safety reasons. We will contact you as soon as possible to offer a free reschedule or full refund. Light rain does not constitute grounds for cancellation.

12. Animal Welfare

We are committed to the welfare of our horses. All horses are well fed, rested, and regularly checked by a veterinarian. We ask all riders to treat the horses with kindness and follow the guide’s instructions at all times. We reserve the right to end a ride immediately and without refund if a participant mistreats a horse.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Agadir, Morocco.
